TokenTable is an AI model API gateway service jointly provided by TAIZE HONGKANG TRADING CO., LIMITED (Hong Kong BR 77386279) and ALCHEMY DIGITAL ASSETS CO., LTD. (Taiwan UBN 50751049). By using TokenTable, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
TokenTable offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Plan prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use TokenTable for any unlawful purpose, to generate illegal or harmful content, to attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security measures, or to resell API access without written permission.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. In the event of extended downtime caused by us, you may be eligible for credit compensation as described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenTable and its operating entities (TAIZE HONGKANG TRADING CO., LIMITED and ALCHEMY DIGITAL ASSETS CO., LTD.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of TokenTable after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
