Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. No contracts.

Can I get a refund?

Free plan is always free. Paid plans are non-refundable once paid, but there's no contract — cancel anytime, you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

How do Team and Business plans work?

One owner account pays and holds the shared Main quota pool. Team members are invited by email and use the same API key pool. Usage analytics are visible to the owner and admins.

Is Enterprise pricing really custom?

Yes — Enterprise is for teams that need custom SLA, dedicated infrastructure, or annual contracts. Contact us and we'll scope it together.

Can I specify a model? Is there a daily Main limit?

Yes. Select a model from the dropdown in the chat interface and the system uses it directly, charging the model's quota multiplier (e.g. GPT-5.5 = 3×, Claude Opus 4.8 = 3×). To protect your monthly quota, daily Main usage is capped at roughly 1/15 of your monthly limit — once hit, requests automatically fall back to Side models until the next day.

My Main quota is running low but I don't want a higher monthly plan — what can I do?

Buy a Top-Up Pack! Log in, go to your member center and buy as many packs as you need — each pack adds Main credits up to the next plan tier. Top-up credits NEVER expire: your monthly plan quota still resets each month, but your purchased balance carries over and kicks in automatically once the monthly quota runs out. Example: Solo users add $30 (NT$990) → +750 permanent Main credits, and can repeat as needed; Pro users add $80 (NT$2,560) → +1,575 credits, also repeatable. Your monthly fee stays the same.

Are Sides really all-you-can-eat?

Yes — Side requests are unlimited. Starting October 2026, each paid plan includes a monthly priority allowance for Sides: Solo 30M, Pro 100M, Team 250M, Advanced 500M tokens (team-shared on Team/Advanced; Enterprise has no allowance). Beyond it, you're automatically switched to a lightweight Side model and service continues without interruption; the allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Track usage in your member dashboard — the API also adds a heads-up header at 80%.
