This Privacy Policy applies to the TokenTable service jointly operated by TAIZE HONGKANG TRADING CO., LIMITED (Hong Kong) and ALCHEMY DIGITAL ASSETS CO., LTD. (Taiwan). When you use TokenTable, we collect the following information: account information (name, email address, password), API usage metadata (request timestamps, token counts, routed model name, latency), and payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. We never store the content of messages you send to AI models.
We use your information to provide and improve the TokenTable service, process payments and manage subscriptions, send service-related communications (billing, security alerts), and analyse usage patterns to optimise model routing.
We share data with the following third parties as necessary to provide our service: Airwallex (payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection), Alibaba Cloud DashScope (AI model inference). Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies.
Your data is stored on servers located in Taiwan. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. API keys are stored in hashed form.
TokenTable does not store your conversation content. All messages you send to AI models are forwarded directly to the upstream provider and are never written to our database or logs. We retain only request metadata (model used, token counts, latency) for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. Account data is retained while your account is active and fully deleted within 30 days of account closure. To maintain response quality, we may run anonymous quality sampling on a small share (~5%) of non-confidential requests, passing that request's content to a separate scoring model to evaluate response quality; sampled content is likewise not stored or used for training. Enabling Confidential Mode disables this sampling entirely.
